We, the wine-growers of Sauternes and Barsac, meeting as ambassadors, have decided to offer a Sauternes of high quality to consumers looking for “enjoyable” wines .We have chosen to create a light, balanced and fruity wine corresponding to what today’s consumers expect, a combination that will be continued each year.
In order to be selected, each of the candidate wines has been scientifically analysed and blind-tasted, cask after cask. Only faultless wines worthy of selection were retained. This selection, one of the most exacting ever made, guarantees both professionals and consumers a very high standard of requirements and perfect traceability.
Proud of our work, we have decided to sign this Selection with our coat-of-arms, the authentic guarantee of this one.
